We met at the park, which is a great place to workout during these covid days. I did get a chance to check out his studio. The studio is very clean and there is a lot of different types of workout equipment for him to train a client on.”

“I was worried that I would not be able to gain mass or even get into training, and I was extremely self conscious. Patrick tailored my exercises to my body type and even gave me nutritional advice to make sure I was always ready for working out, and he made the exercises very fun and very effective. “I could never motivate myself to get to the gym or workout. I had no understanding of proper technique and its importance in not only helping you attain a good result but also not hurting yourself. As a result, I hated working out because of the pain I'd be in afterwards. Patrick made working out fun and simple, and taught me proper technique and workouts that were tailored to my goals. “I've been working with Patrick Morrisey since 2018. Patrick assessed me and set up a personal program based on my age and my abilities. My initial goal was to lose weight and to gain muscle mass, which I did with regular training. Then COVID hit and it became impossible to have face-to-face sessions, but Patrick didn't let that stop him! He sent creative workout ideas that could be done from home and even provided some home equipment so that I wouldn't lose momentum! During this time, I had a couple of minor injuries to deal with and Patrick was able to adjust my program immediately. Following COVID we jumped back into onsite training sessions. Personal training gives you motivation to continue training. Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated, but Patrick has really kept me moving! He provides just the right combination of push and encouragement. I would recommend Patrick not only for training individuals of all ages - including those over 50+, but anyone who's got a disability and needs a caring trainer and/or isn't looking for the typical gym style trainer/atmosphere. I am extremely grateful for his time, knowledge, help and patience. As a result, I am feeling healthy and very fit and I look forward to continuing to work with him in the future. Thanks Patrick!”
